Student Life and Services Announces Director
Dear Colleagues –
I am pleased to announce that Mr. Deri Wills has been selected as director of assessment and special projects for student life and services.
In this role, Deri is filling a critical gap in our current manning, specifically data collection and analysis which will allow us to conduct necessary research to make data-driven decisions.
Deri will create a comprehensive assessment program for the division of student life and services to provide relevant data for strategic planning for the division so that as we assess programs and evaluate additional programming we can make data-driven decisions. He will work closely with the institutional effectiveness, research and compliance office to complete necessary surveys, assessments, and reports that relate to student life and service as well as assist department chairs and the vice chancellor in developing strategic plans for the division. Deri will also serve as the administrator of software programs for the division; assist the vice chancellor of student life and services to create a yearly professional development plan for the division and works on special projects for the division as assigned by the vice chancellor.
Please join me in congratulating Deri on this new opportunity. His start date in his new role will be December 3, 2018.
