Re: Student Activities Fee Allocation Process
The 2018-2019 Student Activities Fee Allocation Process is about to begin. Look over the following information carefully as it will help guide you through the budget process. All budget proposal forms are due back to the Student Government Office by Friday, March 8rd and MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hearings will begin the week after Spring Break on Monday 3/18. Each hearing will last approximately 15 minutes. Organizations must sign up for a hearing. A sign up list of hearing times will be on the Student Government Association’s office door.

I have attached both the budget as well as further information to assist in the budgeting process. In addition to this electronic copy of the budget I have included a hard copy of the budget in all Student Organization's mailboxes in the back of the Student Life Office. I look forward to working with everyone over the next few weeks. Please feel free to let me know if you need any assistance with the packet.
